I have been a teacher for over 20 years and worked in special education and technology applications during that time.

I am also a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach and Master Life Coach specializing in mindset and motivation.

I’ve also come from a background of major depression disorder and alcohol abuse. Which I am happy to say I have gotten control of.
